This warranty covers manufacturing defects and broken parts that occur under normal use within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Covered issues may include:

What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, drops, accidents, modification, or improper handling.
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect function (scratches, scuffs, discoloration, etc.).
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or secondhand sources.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you purchased through a marketplace (such as Walmart.com, Amazon.com, or others):
Please use the return or replacement process provided by that marketplace. This ensures your claim is handled quickly and properly recorded.
If you purchased directly from our website (kasamototoys.com):
- Email hello@kasamototoys.com within 30 days of purchase.
- Include your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the issue.
- If needed, we may ask for a photo or short video to confirm the defect.
Our Commitment
If your claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion. We aim to resolve all warranty claims within 5–10 business days of receiving your information.
