Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations

Kasamoto Toys currently ships within the continental United States (lower 48 states) only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time, and we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on orders of three (3) or more products.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Shipping rates include handling and packaging costs.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are typically shipped within 24 hours or within one (1) business day after your order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Estimated delivery time after shipment is 2–5 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays or weather conditions.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Lost or delayed shipments are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@madebyark.ca as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Kasamoto Toys is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Carrier Responsibility

Kasamoto Toys is not responsible for shipping delays, delivery errors, or service interruptions caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been shipped.

Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, refusal, or address issues, a refund may be issued minus original shipping costs, or the order may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
